What are the rules and policies for listing items on EBC?

1. EBC would cancel the orders after 7 working days if the customers maliciously place an order but do not pay in time, and then will send an e-mail to inform this.

2. Kindly inform you that the buyers cannot cancel the order without justified reason after successful payment.

3. The suppliers are not allowed to cancel order without justified reason after the confirmation. While, the suppliers must compensate the buyers no more than 20% value of the original order price if they cannot fulfill the order.

4. The customers can ask the suppliers to refund unconditionally if the products' quality cannot meet the requirements of the products' description. While, the suppliers should take responsibility and cannot be shirk when the conditions of the appeal are established. Kindly inform you that EBC should be the third party to arbitrate fairly.

5. The EBC has the right of interpretability if there still remain some unperfected parts

Rules about identity

eBioChem members:

· Must be at least 18 years old.

· Cannot misrepresent their identities.

· Must always provide valid and complete contact information and must always have a valid email address.

· Cannot publish the contact information of other members in an online public area.

· Must choose their user ID according to eBioChem rules.
