1. You place an order at www.ebiochem.com.
2. When you make a payment to EBC, we will hold the payment until you authorize us to release the payment to the supplier.
3. If the supplier accepts the order, he or she need prepare and ship the merchandise within a specified processing time. Once the merchandise is shipped, you will be notified with the tracking information by email.
4. When you receive the merchandise, remember to check the quality and quantity of the item(s) carefully.
5. If you are satisfied with the merchandise, please visit MyeBioChem and click the "Complete Order" link so that we can release the payment to the supplier. You are also encouraged to leave feedback for each order.
Escrow is a deposit of funds by one party for the delivery to another party upon completion of a particular condition or event. In the case of online purchase, a buyer makes payment to a third party as EBC, while the supplier ships the items to the buyer. When the buyer confirms the delivery and is satisfied with the items, EBC will release the payment to the supplier.
Search and Browse
To find items on eBioChem, first you have to decide whether you want to Search or Browse. Each method has its advantages, depending on what you're looking for.
Search
If you're looking for a specific item, Search is the better option.
A. General Search
Use the Search box at the top of each eBioChem page. For example, to find a Ginko Extract, search the key word "Ginko Extract". In default, searching is upon product name. If you want to search by CAS No., please choose the «Cas No» option in the left drop down list, and click the search botton.
Tip: In order to find the products that best match your search, please use as short phrase as possible to search.
If the general search can't meet your requirement, we just advise you use the advanced search.
B. Advanced Search
EBC also offers advanced search options and commands that allow you to customerize your search. To browse using Advanced Search, click the Advanced Search button, which will allow you to limit your search by keyword, price, and supplier level, etc
Browse
If you're not sure about the product name or CAS number, or if you just want to scroll through the item list, browsing is the better option. When you browse on eBioChem,simply click through categories and lists of items, exploring as you go, until you find something you're interested in.
View Item Listings
Explore listings
When you use the Search box, a menu of listings appears. In this view, all listings have a title, and photos to help you find what you want.
View listings
To view a listing in detail, simply click on the title or the picture. The Item Page has all the information you need to make a purchase.
A. Item Description
Suppliers give important product information in the Item Description.
Check Item Specifics for information such as technical data, dimensions, age and condition.
B. Photos - Offer more clues to the quality and condition of the item.
C. Supplier Information
You can get the information about the supplier in the Supplier Information Box. The most important information is Supplier Trust Score and Executed orders.
D. Check the price, quantity requirement and shipping fee.
1. Item cost
Price: Usually you will see a price range. The actual price is dependent on the quantity ordered. In general, the more you buy, the more you save.
2. Shipping Cost
Please check the shipping details carefully and pay special attention to:
Shipping discounts and delivery time
Shipping methods (UPS, EMS, FedEx, etc.)

Add to Cart
Now, you can select purchase quantity, item size and add to your Cart.
The product details' page that display two parts, they are :-
The first part is products information, and the other part is products' suppliers information. Kindly inform you that the products information part will show product prices, size, suggested transportation methods and corresponding specifications.
You can inquire, add to favorites, or send to friends by simply clicking corresponding operation buttons. The unit price will vary depending on the total quantity you will buy. The more you purchase, the cheaper the unit price will be .

But we strongly recommand all customer register an account after checkout for easy track in the future. Being a registered customer, you can manage your account and shopping information much better.
