My orders: All the status of order that would be listed. they are include normal orders, cancelled orders, cancelled orders by EBC and chancelled orders by suppliers, etc.
What's the My orders status?
Pending Confirmation:Pending Confirmation means that your orders are waited for us to confirm, as some orders can't be immediately confirmed with the reason of stock, transportation or freight, etc. Then these orders will automatically be verified by background Management System, the status for this time will be Pending Confirmation.
You can cancel or modify these orders in the pending confirmation status.
Awaiting Payment: Awaiting Payment means that your orders have been comfirmed by EBC and suppliers, and the freight price has been calculated. So the status of the order will be "Awaiting Payment". The operation in this status includes to pay and to cancel the orders for this time.
Tips: If you want to transport all your orders together. Kindly inform you that you can use Our well designed function of 'Merge Order' to combine all the orders into one order with our well designed. And you need to re-enter the deliver address before combined. Also the combined orders may be re-entered the audit status, while, kindly inform you that It depends on whether the items you order are in stock.
Tips: Kindly inform you that there are many payment methods available on EBC such as PayPal, Alipay, credit cards and offline payments (bank transfers and Western Union). You can choose one method that is the most convenient for you. Click HERE for payment details.While, kindly advise you if the money is less than USD 5000 that please choose paypal for the payment.
If you choose online payment, like PayPal. You can get the feedback to know whether the payment is success. Meanwhile, when the payment has been received by EBC, the EBC will send an notification message to inform you during one working day. You can also visit our website and login to your account, and enter into 'MyEbiochem' to check the order status.
Awaiting Shipment
Kindly inform you that EBC will notify the suppliers to deliver items when we receive your payment. Also the items will reach to your hands by EBC's supply chain sevices after the suppliers have delivered items. The status of the order will be " Awaiting Shipment" for this time. Please also kindly click the "Receive Goods" when you have received all the items, then the status will be changed to status " Shipped". While, if we get the finished information from the courier's website and you do not confirm receipt information, we will regard you as receiving the items after 7 days. In this time the order will be changed to ' Shipped"
Shipped
Please kindly evaluate the order when you received all the products. and the full marks are 10.
Completed
This order will be finished after being evaluated.
