One great feature of EBC is using shopping cart for the convenient shopping. As the shopping cart is just like a real one in supermarket, you can choose the products you want, and save them for check out or dump anytime. When you do so, please enter the quantity you wish to buy, then click the shopping cart button. If you are not login, you can choose either to login or enter to the next step directly. System will ask your payment address, delivery address and shipping method. Finally you can click submit button to genearte the order. You can make the payment for the items in the shopping cart at your convenience.
When the order is generated,  the order status may automatically become "Pending Confirmation" because the freight may not be calculated instantly, you might have to wait a moment to pay online after the freight of the order have been confirmed.

Please click the add to favorite button if you want to store the product for further use. The add to favorite function is only valid for EBC member. So please login if you need use this function. And you can check the stored collection in “My Favorites” of My eBioChem.

As a EBC member, you can request COA and MSDS information. Register and login to your account, click 'Get Free COA' for the product of your interest. Then the system will send the MSDS，COA to your registeredemail address within three working days.

It's very simple to send an inquiry. Click “Ask Questions” in the product detail page, which will pop-up a dialog box, enter your questions, and click "submit" to send the inquiry to the supplier.

Tips: Please kindly send the inquiry under the login status if you have been as a member of EBC. Otherwise, you cannot send them. While, if you do not register as a member of EBC, please kindly enter your email and the inquiry content to send the inquiry.
