TMBZ-PS is a water-soluble analogue of TMBZ, used for the determination of H2O2 or peroxidase activities. The colorless aqueous TMBZ-PS solution turns to bluish green (lmax: 655 nm) in the presence of H2O2and peroxidase. Please note that a license agreement with Eiken Chemical Co. may be required if TMBZ-PS will be used for the development of clinical assays.
