Composition:
The special particles contain Vitamin A palmitate in droplets of 1­—2μm embedded in a matrix of gum Arabic and sucrose coated with starch. The products contain t-butylhydroxytoluene(BHT, E321)and DL-α-tocopherol(E307)as an antioxidant..

Solubility: Dispersible in warm water (35-40℃), to form a milky emulsion.
