Glycerol monooleate is a nonionic surfactant made by esterifying of oleic acid and glyceride. It is straw yellow liquid in 25℃ with emulsification, add dense and eliminate dunk capability. As  thickening agent, plasticizer and emulsifying agent ,  it ‘s widely apply in foodstuff industry, medicine industry and petroleum  chemistry industry.

2.APPLICATION:

It apply to improve stability and emulsification ability in liquid state ghee、butterine,etc. In daily chemical industry，it used as emulsifying agent,impregnant,pacifier,anti-foam additive in cream-frost-cosmetic,liquid  abstersion  shampoo； it also used as textile finishing agent and dye skive additive in  spinning  industry，which act as anti-foam additive ,having function of droping adhibit and restrining dunk ； In cosmetic,used as emulsifying agent、solubilizer、bioavailability advance agent、 emollient in cosmetic. At the same time， it’s a important chemical material of synthesize which have good oxidation and causticity，widely used as macromolecule crosslinking  agent and antiseptic of petroleum refining equipment  and  synthesizing lubricant.
