Violet red fine powder, extracted from berry of Vaccinium uliginosum L.
Also named Chinese bilberry, Bog Bilberry or Northern Bilberry. Native to Northern China, central Japan and partly distribution in European and Northern America.
Introduction:
Blueberry Extract is the same usage in antioxidant activity and benefits to human vision as European Bilberry Extract but weaker in effect.
They could both protect nerve cell from apoptosis induced by oxidant stress. Blueberry extract shows better effect than European bilberry extract.
