Apple fruit extract is a general designation of the polyphenols, main ingredients: oligomeric proantho cyanidins(circa 50%),chlorogenic acid(circa20%), catechins, epicatechin, gallic acid etc.(circa4-6%), phlorizin, phloretin, p-Coumaric acid, dihydrochalcone, quercetin etc.(circa20%)
